Do you have the right Tools and systems (like email marketing, CRM, or graphic design software) to execute your plan, and are your Processes in place to utilize those resources effectively? We'll streamline your operations so you can focus on marketing, not manual tasks.

Finally, we'll look at how you execute and measure. Do you organize marketing efforts into focused Campaigns with clear timelines, and do you have a way for Evaluation to analyze the success of your brand strategy, processes, and campaigns? We'll help you create a cycle of continuous improvement.

why does Brand mentors follow
the intensive project model?
Throughout the past 15 years of designing brands and websites, I’ve seen it all—from two-week sprints to year-long projects. More often than not, these extended timelines lead to frustration for everyone involved.
No one wants to wait months for their project to be finished, and every client deserves first-class service.
As designers, it’s frustrating when project timelines get derailed by delayed feedback, content, or other necessary materials. To fill those gaps, we end up juggling multiple clients at once. This leads to a cycle of feeling like you’re letting everyone down and accomplishing nothing. This is not the level of service I want to provide.
That’s why we choose to follow the Intensive Model!
When we work together in an intensive model you must do your homework and show up the day of ready to work hard and get the brand you wanted. In return, I set aside plenty of time dedicated exclusively to you and will bring your project ready to polish on your Intensive day. This concentrated effort is far more efficient than spreading the work out over weeks. We eliminate the cost of context-switching—the wasted time and mental drain of jumping between different projects.
It’s just you and me, with no distractions.
By the end of the day, you walk away with tangible results, and I leave feeling accomplished. It’s a true win-win.
