First, you have to erase your previous scary thoughts about websites before you go any further. This isn’t a DIY website or something you need to build from scratch. You will be working a designated Brand Mentor. We have designed this style of website and system with YOU in mind.
How it works
We want to make this process as EASY as possible for you while laying a proper foundation for your website. Our process is broken into three main steps listed below with touchpoint meetings along the way:
Set up a free brand evaluation meeting with us (whether it be via phone or video conference) where we will spend time with you one on one to hear about your business, listen to what you have built so far and talk about where you want your brand to go.
Build A Plan
Let’s work together to build a plan! Once we have completed our free brand evaluation, Brand Mentors will take that data along with a client questionnaire we ask you to fill out and determine the best plan for your project.
Watch us Work
After we sign off on the plan, determine our timing, and send you a list of content needs for your website you will be providing, Brand Mentors will begin building YOUR brand. Throughout the process, there will be a series of touchpoint meetings so that you can monitor the progress of the project.
what does it cost?
Each website will be built using our 90-day process. Monthly payments will renew on the day you signed up each month for the life of the website. If for some reason your payment does not go through for any reason we will make up to 3 more attempts to collect your payment. If your payment is not resolved within 15 days of your renewal day, your website may be temporarily disabled. After 24 monthly payments, your website will be available for transfer to your own hosting account if you choose. Hosting with Brand Mentors is renewable after 24 months for $150 per year. If you wish to move your website prior to the end of your 24th month, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Base Package Includes
Most of our website packages will be built on a WordPress platform. You will be granted access to your site once it is complete and launched.
Your site will be responsive, meaning it will look just as good on a mobile device.
The following pages are included: Home Page, Sales/Services Page, Services Sub Pages, About Page, Contact Page and a Blog.
We will send you a detailed list of content needs for your website to guide you through the development process. From there, we will use your photos, colors, and content to build your new website.
We will include a google map on your website so that people can see where your business is located (if desired).
Email Lead Capture
Using an optin form on your website, we can capture customer emails so you can start building a list for further email marketing needs (MailChimp account required; includes only 1 automation on your website. See our Email Marketing add-on for further email marketing needs or to sell digital/video files).
For those that are not built on WordPress we will build on Shopify. We recommend a Shopify site if your business will be made up primarily of an itemized shopping cart. You will be granted access to your site once it is complete and launched.
Domain and Hosting
Each website will include your domain and hosting costs. No other costs will be needed for your domain or hosting.
An SSL Certificate will be added to each site. This will provide your website with a secure lock and will not get flagged from browsers as “Not Secure”.
search engine optimization
Every Custom Website includes SEO. We will code in keywords and phrases to your pages so that the foundation is laid properly.
We will set you up with Google Analytics and grant you access so that you can see how many visitors your site is getting on a daily basis.
We will watch your site to make sure it’s up and running properly, making the necessary updates to the technology used for your website build. This does not include content changes & additions.
E-Commerce Upgrade – $300 Deposit + $25 Per Month
Sell products and services on your website. Connect WooCommerce to your WordPress website and automate the shopping cart process.
If you plan to sell your products, services and or content this is the best way to about making sure you are set up for success. Highly recommended for 10+ items to be sold.
Flat rate shipping option included. Calculated shipping options through UPS, USPS or other services are available with extra cost.
Email Marketing Upgrade – $300 Deposit + $25 per month
If you plan to send automatic emails when someone makes a purchase or joins a group, this upgrade will be highly recommended to provide the best customer service to your clients.
