Please contact us by submitting your request below. A Brand Mentor will respond soon. Please review our regular support hours for response times.

Joining Office Hours

Our office hours are held virtually via Zoom and are open to all current Brand Mentors clients. If your question requires immediate assistance, please contact us by emailing websupport@brandmentors.com 

Please be prepared with your question and any related screenshots, links, or logins. This is a shared session and other attendees may be present – please do not share sensitive information in this forum. 

Attendees will remain on mute until it is their turn to ask their questions. We may limit the time for each question to allow each participant to ask one question. If additional questions remain, we may conduct multiple rounds if there is time. 

We ask that you are courteous of others and mute your mike and be prepared during the call. Thanks!

Saturday – Sunday:  Receiving Tickets

Support Submissions

If you’re an existing customer, be sure to include any of following that applies in your submission:

  • The URL of the page(s) you are referencing in your submission.
  • A screenshot of a page that is in question.
  • For shop related payment questions, please include the product name, the customer name, and order number associated with your question.
  • A description of what was done, and how the result differed from what you expected to happen.
  • Anything else that may be helpful for us to know in looking into your request. The more you provide now, the sooner we can respond!
